The only cookies we use are Session Cookies to store your shopping cart contents while on our site.

Financial information:

We do not store any financial data such as credit card or bank account details. These are handled securely and separately by our payment processor, Paypal. When you purchase from us we will store only your contact details as provided by the payment processor for bookkeeping purposes and your IP address as required by jurisdictions for goods and services taxation. We will never sell, rent or make public this information. We do not engage in any SPAM messages. Any email you receive from us will be with regards to your purchase and/or technical support, and occasional emails of an advertising nature. Our emails utilize also an ‘unsubscribe’ feature.

Support:

When you purchase from us we will provide support by email only, please check your spam filter if you have not received a reply with 48 hours. The support will be limited to product use and delivery.

Refunds:

Refunds may be issued if the product purchased is defective.

Delivery:

Our products are shipped by Canada Post unless ordered otherwise. We will endeavour to package and ship orders the following business day. Any losses or delays of your delivery is a fault of the carrier, either Canada Post or your local carrier, and we will not accept any liability for that.
